We arrived at this family home greeted by a cubby house that took three people half a day to disassemble! Turning it around for sale was an absolute joy. We loved working with the family's sentimental pieces, seen in the bedrooms (heirloom desks and prints). This house, with its beautiful bones and natural light was in need of a good cull and new furniture throughout.  Having undergone a renovation five years prior, this busy family was ready to invest in some furniture and create a functional and working house to accommodate three primary school aged children. Arguably the biggest task was preparing the house for sale - top to bottom, inside and out. Prior to our refurbishment, realestate estimates were almost $1 million less than the ultimate sale price. The happy new owners also bought the entire contents of downstairs… so a new job for us!
